With my Michelin star and wide restaurant experience I can take the lead, or work with you to create a menu that's exciting, vibrant and just right for your dinner party. This can also include any themes that you may want for your booking and of course, seamlessly incorporating any dietary requirements too.  For dinner parties I offer a four course menu*, unless separately discussed, with high quality ingredients executed with a professional but friendly service.

When hiring me as your private chef for your holiday, I totally take the chore of cooking away from you in order for you to fully enjoy your time. I freshly prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner to your requirements and anything in between, after working with you on a menu you'll look forward to throughout your stay. With a great local knowledge, food will be sourced locally and the fridge will be fully stocked on your arrival. Menus can vary as much as you like, from incorporating my nutrition coach skill set to only having my chef hat on, it's your holiday so you decide!

The same goes for cooking long term in a private residence, where I will learn your preferences and provide meals for you and your family to your specification. As well as this, shopping and kitchen maintenance commitments are also part of the role.
